The amazing home has been beautifully remodeled, and tastefully decorated with perfection at every turn. Beach Dreams is so amazing, you will not want to leave; but remember, you are at the beach!

GOLF CARTS

Wait, did someone say golf carts? Not only does this beauty offer one golf cart, but it offers our guests two golf carts for your complementary enjoyment during your stay. With the current rental rates in our area, this is over a $1000.00 + savings for a week.

UPSTAIRS LIVING SPACE

The upstairs home provides a spacious, bright space with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, full kitchen and laundry room. You will also enjoy a wraparound balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset on the rocking chairs, while grilling a delicious meal and sipping your favorite drink.

DOWNSTAIRS IN-LAW SUITE

On the main level, you will find a beautifully updated in-law suit that sleeps 6. Full kitchen with eat-in island, living room with smart tv, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bath, queen sofa sleeper, and outdoor backyard area to grill and enjoy family picnics.

OCEANSIDE VILLAGE AMENITIES

During your stay at Beach Dreams, you will have access to the amenities offered by Oceanside Village. Upon your arrival, you will need to check-in at the main building, which you will see as soon as you pull into Oceanside Village. That is where you will pick up the key card for a cost of $30 of which you will be refunded $10 back when you return the key card at checkout. The key card will give you access to the main gate as well as to the private beach gate. As a guest at Oceanside, you will have access to many amenities which include private beach access parking, community outdoor and indoor pool, basketball court, tennis courts, and more. Oceanside Village has a Fitness Center, with hours of operation from 5am - 10pm, which requires a separate pass. If interested, please inquire about the gym pass at the Management office when you check-in upon arrival.
